As a mother of 3 young children as well, Nicola’s life was high pressured in every possible way. So when she felt unwell for an extended period of time she put it down to work stress. It was only after nine months of trying every alternative therapy and healthy eating plan that she admitted defeat and took the extreme step to resign from her high profile position.
