Miscarriage is a deeply personal and often traumatic experience, but one we felt was important to talk more openly about. There’s still a culture of silence surrounding the first trimester and figuring out whether to tell your workplace about a miscarriage can be emotionally challenging. Losing a baby once a pregnancy has been announced and acknowledged is unthinkable. So how do you go back to work when you’re still coming to terms with a miscarriage? And when you do how do you cope?
